Many school doctors call the chronic and food-conditioned Übersäuerung abracadabra.

Übersäuerung (acute acidosis) in the medicine

Most school doctors and followers of the school medicine know the concept of the Übersäuerung only in connection with the so-called respirator broads or metabolic acidosis, an acute pH factor sinking of the blood which must be treated immediately.
