Deacidify with a base concentrate
With deacidification, you want to remove as many of the acids and slags stored in the body as possible from the organism. And with detoxification, you want to get rid of all kinds of poisons, such as: B. Heavy metals.
Various options are available, such as base powder. Most do not work, or have had very limited success, because the cells cannot block all the toxins due to a blockage. And so you often wonder why you deacidified and detoxified and deacidified and detoxified again, but just didn't feel better.
Certain basic active water concentrates - also called base concentrates - such as B. Active bases can influence the cells so that their ion channels open again and only now can acids, slags and poisons flow out of the cell. Deacidification with base concentrates is therefore the most effective method, which leads to therapeutic success in the case of acidification of the cell interior (intracellular acidification).
Likewise, this type of deacidification is the very first step that should precede any detoxification. Because the intracellular deacidification with base concentrates makes the subsequent detoxification possible in the first place.
Basic nutrition alone does not help
Many people believe that just with a suitable basic diet you can deacidify and detoxify very well. But this is only the case if there is no intracellular acidity. However, if not only the area surrounding the cells (extracellular acidification), but also the interior of the cells is already acidified (intracellular acidification), then there is a cell blockage, also known as acid build-up.
In this case, it is no longer possible to deacidify with a basic diet alone - at least not in a manageable period of time. Even the usual mineral preparations (base powder) for deacidification no longer have any effect.
Of course, an excess of bases and mineral supplements are important for maintaining health. But once health is lost, these simple measures alone are no longer enough to bring the body back into balance.
Minerals no longer get into an overacidified cell
In the case of the above-mentioned acid build-up, the cell metabolism only works to a limited extent. Metabolism means that the cell absorbs nutrients and discharges waste materials (including poisons and acids). If the metabolism works smoothly, the cell is clean, efficient and healthy.
The metabolism takes place across the cell membrane. It contains the ion channels already mentioned. The vital minerals enter the cell through these channels.
Minerals consist of positively charged ions. The cell must be negatively charged to pass through the ion channels. Otherwise, both will repel each other (like a magnet) and the cell will never get the minerals it urgently needs - neither the minerals from food nor the minerals that make up most of the deacidifying agents or base preparations.
The minerals are then excreted in the urine in the best case of undeveloped things, but can also accumulate in the body in the form of deposits or stones in an overacidified environment.
Healthy cells are negative - sick cells are positive
How does a healthy negative charge of the cell come about? The cell is only healthy and negatively charged if there is an excess of negatively charged OH ions (hydroxide ions).
Nowadays, however, the cells are often overacidified. They are then positively charged due to an excess of positively charged H ions (hydrogen ions) and as a result are unable to absorb minerals.
With positively charged cells, the metabolism is limited. There is a lack of vital substances and nutrients and at the same time an accumulation of slag, acids and toxins inside the cell.
In addition, the incorrect membrane charge of the cell means that the cells can no longer communicate, and cell communication no longer works. As a result, important information cannot be passed on and perceptions are not recorded. Even homeopathic remedies can lose their effectiveness under these circumstances.
Positive charge leads to chronic pain
Chronic inflammation, organ damage and diseases of all kinds soon emerge from this situation. Yes, it can be assumed that 95 percent of all diseases (especially chronic diseases) can be attributed to intracellular acidification.
For example, the nerves react to positive cell tensions with pain. If the situation were reversed again, the cells were given negative voltage again, the pain would also go away.
How does the pathological positive charge of the cell come about? How about excess H ions and thus intracellular acidification?
Causes of Acidification
Acids are nothing special for the organism. They come into the body with food every day and, moreover, are constantly re-created in the course of the metabolism. Since an excess of acid (just like an excess of base) is dangerous, even lethal from a certain dose, the body has the ability to neutralize acids with the body's own basic buffer solutions. In this way, it independently maintains the healthy balance between acids and bases - whether in the blood, in the connective tissue or in the organs. One then speaks of a balanced acid-base balance.
The acid-base balance, however, can be disturbed by various - long-known - influences and lose its balance. Acidification occurs, e.g. B. by:
- Improper nutrition - too many acid-forming foods such as sugar, milk and meat products as well as products with artificial food additives
- Luxury foods such as alcohol, nicotine and sweets
- Electrosmog, traffic smog, constant medication, radiation exposure (cell phone)
- Psychological stress due to anger at work, in the family etc.
These factors usually also generate large amounts of free radicals, which weaken the body's immune system, promote chronic inflammation and contribute to the flushing of positively charged H ions. These now enter the cell interior through the ion channels, acidify the cell and change its charge.
Hydroxypathy - The Way Out of Intracellular Acidification
When it comes to giving the sick, over-acidified and positively charged cell a healthy negative charge again, the term hydroxypathy often comes up. It consists of three parts:
- Hydro of hydrogenium (= hydrogen (H ions))
- Oxy of Oxygenium (= oxygen)
- Hydroxide (= OH ions)
Hydroxypathy describes the pathogenic effects of hydrogen, oxygen and their compounds - the hydroxide ions - on the human organism.
However, since substances that can make you sick can also heal - it always depends on the dose - hydroxypathy is also a way of diagnosing pathological changes in cell metabolism and, moreover, of treating them with the correct use of hydroxide ions.
Diagnosis: base concentrates indicate the degree of your acidity!
Hydroxypathy means diagnosis and therapy at the same time. Diagnosis because the base concentrate used seems to taste different to everyone. From the individual taste sensation one can then recognize which organs are particularly affected by the intracellular acidification.
- If you take the base concentrate (e.g. Sana base concentrate) and it does it for you neutral or slightly salty tastes, then you obviously have no acid damage due to acidification.
- The base concentrate tastes for you clearly salty, then your connective tissue and muscles are particularly affected by acidity. The base concentrate removes H ions from the acids in the mouth. Water and salt are formed. You will then taste the latter. The less salts you taste, the less acids are dissolved and the less your acid load.
- A bitter or metallic taste indicates an overacidified kidney.
- A fishy taste indicates an acid-damaged liver.
- If your bile is affected, the base concentrate may taste good sulphurous (rotten eggs).
- With a compromised pancreas, you could use the base concentrate as sweet feel tasty.
- If you suffer from problems with the digestive system, stomach and mucous membranes, the base concentrate often tastes good acidic or reminiscent of chlorine.
- If you feel the base concentrate as hot and almost burning, then something is wrong with the cardiovascular system.
The more intensely you notice the unusual taste, the stronger your acid load and the weaker the self-regulation ability of your cells. However, the intensity of the taste becomes weaker as the base is taken, because of course the excess acid is gradually reduced.
Therapy: base concentrates ensure deacidification and negative cell charge
Base concentrates such as active bases or Sana base concentrate (SB) have a pH of 10.5 (active bases) to 11.8 (Sana base concentrate) on.
They consist of a high proportion of OH ions and supply the cells with the necessary negative charge. For this purpose, the OH ions migrate into the acidified cells and combine there with the acidic H ions. Neutral water (H2O) is created from the excess of H ions. At the same time, an excess of OH ions is formed and with it a negatively charged and deacidified cell.
The base concentrates open the ion channels, free them and activate the metabolism in this way.
Base concentrates can therefore be used for all chronic and inflammatory diseases. It is precisely then that the ion channels often do not function properly or are even blocked by the medication taken specifically for the present disease.
The base concentrates mentioned are also very strong antioxidants (radical scavengers) because they have 100,000 times more free electrons than neutral water.
Possible uses of base concentrates
Therapy with base concentrates is of course not a panacea. But in the first place it ensures that other therapies can take effect and work. Deacidification with base concentrates should therefore also be used before or accompanying any other therapy.
For all complaints:
Since the therapy with base concentrates basically does nothing other than to restore the body to its healthy balance and to give it back its self-regulating abilities, it is indicated for all complaints that indicate a lack of self-healing of the organism.
As mentioned above, chronic pain is relieved after acidifying with base concentrates. The negative cell charge prevents the nerves from being overexcited. As a result, there is no pain notification to the brain. Applications are thus z. B. chronic back pain, osteoarthritis, arthritis, rheumatism and fibromyalgia.
The limescale shoulder is also accompanied by severe and often chronic pain. Here limescale deposits have formed on the tendons of the shoulder muscles. Base concentrates also make sense in the case of osteoporosis, since this reduces the activity of the osteoclasts (bone-degrading cells).
Digestive problems - irritable bowel and intolerance:
Malfunctions of the digestive system including irritable bowel or food intolerance are often the result of positively charged and over-acidified cells, so that basic deacidification is necessary here too.
Of course, cancer is also a sign that the body's own balance is disturbed. Base concentrates can reduce the lactic acid content of the tissue here. The consequences are better energy production and utilization, slowing cancer cell division and preventing metastasis.
Performance increase in sports:
In endurance athletes, the change in the charge of the cells and the intracellular deacidification lead to an increase in performance, since overacidification of the muscles is prevented.
Detoxification with base concentrates
Even before any planned detoxification and heavy metal discharge, it is extremely important to first carry out deacidification with base concentrates. Otherwise the extracellular area is detoxified (the space outside the cells), but not the cell itself. Base concentrates enable the cell to detoxify in the first place. They open the ion channels and the cell can get rid of the harmful toxins and heavy metals.
Base Concentrates - The Application
The base concentrates are taken depending on the symptoms or the therapy prescribed by the doctor / alternative practitioner.
Usually you take 1 to 2 times a day 25 ml of the base concentrate (active bases or Sana base concentrate) 400 ml of water diluted 30 to 60 minutes before breakfast. If taken twice before dinner.
The addition of 40 ml leads to a pH of 11.8, the addition of 25 ml to 400 ml of water leads to a pH of 10. Depending on the acidification, the higher or lower pH is chosen. In any case, start as a beginner with pH 10 and increase e.g. B. to pH 11.8 in the second week.
The base concentrates should always be taken on an empty stomach, as this could lead to indigestion.
The diluted base concentrate is not kept in the mouth, but swallowed after a maximum of 2 seconds.
The base concentrates can be used in a short time - e.g. B. for 4 weeks - but also permanently used for prophylaxis. You can control your intake individually.
With continuous prophylactic use, take 25 ml 2 to 3 times a day.
With therapeutic use (as a cure) 25 ml of base concentrate can be taken up to 5 times a day. To prevent performance drops during sport, take an additional 25 ml before training or before the competition.
Recommendation: Always take the base concentrates in the dose that is comfortable for you and avoid the occurrence of side effects by always adjusting the dose to your condition. So start with only half the dose (once a day) and increase the dose slowly. Otherwise deacidify u. May be too fast, which can lead to complaints.
Base concentrates - possible side effects
Side effects only occur with the base concentrates in connection with an incorrect intake or as an indication of a strong discharge (headache, dizziness, rashes, diarrhea, etc.).
If you do not take the base concentrates as recommended on an empty stomach, but with or after meals, indigestion can occur.
A possible burning sensation in the pharynx, on the other hand, can be attributed to the acid exposure of the oral mucosa described above.
Water can also accumulate in the case of severe acidification, as the acidification process converts the acids accumulated in the cell to water and, depending on the state of health, the water cannot always be excreted as quickly as it occurs. If necessary, lymphatic drainage could be used to accelerate the water drainage.
A discharge of slag, poisons and acids can lead to an overload of the discharge organs (intestine, kidneys) and always show up on skin symptoms (rashes and / or itching), since in this case the loosened slag is discharged through the skin.
It is therefore extremely recommendable to add additional adsorbing mineral soils such as e.g. B. bentonite or zeolite. Both absorb large amounts of the released toxins and slags, so that they can be excreted easily through the intestine.
The best deacidification program
The Sana base concentrate is the main component of the optimal deacidification program we describe here. In addition, you can add other components that ensure that the body can deacidify at several levels, e.g. B. a bitter base powder to stimulate the body's base production or a mineral preparation to replenish the body's mineral stores.
